About Siit
We turn service desks from ticket queues into impact engines. By connecting data and moving beyond ticket closure, we empower organizations to uncover what's holding them back and what could accelerate their success. We’re looking for bright minds that aren’t afraid to build from the ground up or jump right into existing rich codebases.
Your role:
- Write clean, scalable code and test and deploy applications and systems
- Take an active part in the analysis of data, solution design, architecture, and end-to-end delivery
- Work closely with the CTO to integrate multiple external services
- Build a lot of integrations with external services & LLMs
- Be part of a team delivering high quality, secure, and comprehensive value to our customers
- Get involved in product and platform performance optimization
- Mentor future team members
A little more about you:
- Senior Engineer profile with at least 5 years of experience working with Ruby on Rails
- Experience writing test-driven code with RSpec
- Previous experience building integrations with external services
- Ability to take and justify technical decisions
- Ability to work autonomously
- Good English communication skills
Nice to have:
- Previous experience building AI agents, automations and using Python are a great plus
- Good understanding of how to scale a Ruby on Rails application
- Devops Skills (AWS)
