Bulk Actions Now Available

Managing requests just got faster. We’ve rolled out Bulk Actions to streamline your workflow and help you stay organized.

You can now select multiple requests and apply actions in bulk via the "More" menu:

• Change Inbox: Move requests to the correct inbox in one step.
• Associate To: Assign requests to an admin in seconds.
• Followers: Add or remove followers to keep the right people notified.
• Priority: Update priorities across multiple requests at once.
• Tags: Apply or remove tags quickly.
• Snooze: Pause multiple requests for later follow-up.

Why it matters:

• Faster workflows: No more repetitive actions—process requests in batches.
• Simple & intuitive: A clean interface keeps bulk actions easy to use.

Read (un)read

The "Read & Unread" feature helps users quickly identify requests needing attention.

Unread requests are clearly highlighted using a distinct visual cue, such as a bold font or a colored marker. Intended to help admins:

• Efficiency: Easily spot new or updated requests.
• Clarity: Clear visual differences reduce confusion.
• Focus: Stay updated on the most relevant tasks.

Manage Billing In-App

You can now fully manage your subscription directly from the app — no need to reach out to support.

• View your current plan and the features included
• Explore upgrade options and change plans self-serve
• Update billing details and payment methods
• Download past invoices whenever you need
• Handle subscription changes, including cancellation when eligible

Everything you need to stay on top of your billing is now available right in your account settings.

Article-Aware Playbooks: Siit’s AI Agent now pulls key info from linked knowledge articles and adds direct links for context.

Field mapping for Jira, Jira Service Management & Zendesk: Allows you to select fields from Siit Requests and match them to the appropriate custom fields. This means you can:

• Customize your own mapping
• Route only the requests you want
• Keep collaborating with teams still on Jira, JSM & Zendesk

We’ve reorganized the product interface to better match how teams use Siit daily:

• Reference views: Resources and reporting are neatly grouped in dropdowns.
• Setup tasks: Moved to Settings, including Services.
• Service Catalog: now under the Run Configuration section in Settings.

Role-based Visibility Management

• Control who sees what: admins can now manage reporting visibility and export permissions per role, directly from the Roles & Permissions settings. These updates are designed to help you better analyze, share, and act on your data.

• Probation End Date: Seamlessly sync an employee's probation date from any data point in your HRIS system. This integration empowers you to automate workflows and ensure timely actions based on critical data.
