- Reference views: Resources and reporting are neatly grouped in dropdowns.
- Setup tasks: Moved to Settings, including Services.

We’re excited to share that our new Reporting tab is now live! It replaces the former “Analytics” and brings powerful new tools to help you track, export, and manage your data more efficiently.
Here’s what’s new:
Dashboards with 3 Levels of Granularity
- Personal: Monitor your individual performance and stay on top of your daily activity.
- Inbox: Track inbox-level activity, measure performance, and uncover actionable insights.
- Company: Get a high-level overview of your organization’s overall performance.
New Export Capabilities
- You can now export your data directly from the app in multiple formats (CSV, XLSX, JSON). Available across product areas: requests, communication, services, workflows, assets, and more.
Role-based Visibility Management
- Control who sees what: admins can now manage reporting visibility and export permissions per role, directly from the Roles & Permissions settings. These updates are designed to help you better analyze, share, and act on your data.

- Expanded Approval Process: Introducing the ability to send approvals to an "external" user type. Enhance collaboration by easily incorporating external stakeholders into your approval workflows.
- Mobile Application Enhancements: Stay organized on the go! We've added the ability to change status and use the snooze feature directly from the mobile app. It's easier than ever to manage tasks and priorities from your mobile device.
