The role
We’re looking for our first Revenue Operations Lead to build the operating backbone of our go-to-market motion. This is a foundational role: you will design, implement, and own the systems, processes, and data that power Marketing, Sales and Customer Success.
You’ll work directly with the CEO and GTM leaders to turn strategy into execution, bring clarity to metrics, and enable the team to scale efficiently.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building from the ground up, thrives in ambiguity, and wants real ownership and impact.
What you'll do
Build the RevOps Foundation
- Design and own the end-to-end revenue operating model across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
- Be the single owner of CRM and RevOps tooling (e.g. Hubspot, Stripe, Aircall, Snitcher, Clay)
Data, Metrics & Forecasting
- Track core revenue metrics (pipeline, conversion rates, ARR/MRR, churn, expansion)
- Build and maintain dashboards, reporting, and forecasts for leadership and the board
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and a single source of truth
Enablement & Efficiency
- Support marketing, sales and CS teams with processes, automation, and tooling
- Improve rep productivity through better workflows, routing, and lifecycle management
- Partner with leadership on quota design, territory planning, and compensation inputs
Strategic Partner to Leadership
- Translate company goals into operational plans and execution
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and growth levers across the funnel
- Prepare the RevOps stack and processes for scale
What you bring
Experience
- 6-8 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations
- Experience in a B2B Saas
Technical Skills
- Hands-on experience owning a CRM (Hubspot) and GTM tooling stack
- Strong analytical mindset: comfortable with data, metrics, and forecasting
Collaborative
- Clear communicator who can work directly with founders and GTM leaders
- High ownership, low ego, and comfort with uncharted territory
