The role
We’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing Sales team in Paris.
Your mission: turn conversations into pipelines by helping prospects understand how AI and automation can transform the way their teams operate.
You’ll be the first human touchpoint for potential customers, educating, qualifying, and opening meaningful opportunities that lead to lasting partnerships.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, understands SaaS dynamics, wants to learn from experienced AEs and founders, and is excited by the impact AI is already having on modern operations.
What You’ll Do
- Own outbound prospecting
Identify and prioritize target accounts using tools like Hubspot, Surf, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Aircall, Topo… Craft personalized, insight-led outreach that sparks genuine interest and relevance. Your goal: quality conversations that lead to qualified meetings for Account Executives to advance the sales cycle. You’re not afraid to pick-up the phone, regular, thoughtful cold-calls are part of your routine to open real conversations and challenge the status quo.
- Run qualification and discovery
Engage prospects - inbound and outbound - across multiple channels (email, phone, LinkedIn…) to understand their challenges, qualify needs using frameworks like BANT, and connect them to measurable outcomes (time saved, adoption, automation rate, CSAT).
- Collaborate to generate pipeline
Partner with Account Executives on multi-threaded outreach, align on target accounts, and turn marketing engagement into real opportunities. Collaborate with Demand Gen to maximize campaign impact, while tracking and optimizing key metrics like meetings booked, conversion rates, and overall pipeline contribution.
- Be the market's voice
Share learnings from the field with Marketing and Product, what resonates, what blocks, and where the next opportunity lies, to shape how build, position and scale Siit.
What you bring
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales or business development role, ideally in B2B SaaS or tech environment.
- Strong Sales DNA. Confidence in running outreach and discovery conversations, qualifying through BANT, and navigating buying committees. You know how to challenge prospects naturally, hold authentic conversations, and bring value in every touchpoint.
- Strong curiosity for AI, automation, internal tools and the future of work.
- Curiosity, structure, and resilience, you iterate fast and stay positive. You know how to sell outcomes, not just products. You can take something seen as a commodity and make it strategic.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or equivalent CRM tools, sales engagement platforms and prospecting tools.
- Excellent communication skills in English (French and any additional language is a strong plus). You can write a killer email, ask the right questions, and hold a conversation that adds value.
