Product Manager
We're building the next generation AI Service Desk. We're a small ambitious team that values clarity, autonomy, and craft. Every person here helps shape how modern companies work and how great teams scale impact.
About Siit
Siit is the AI-native service desk for IT and internal ops teams. We help companies automate the requests that slow everyone down — app access, onboarding, device management — directly from Slack and Teams. We're a small, fast team with real customers, real ARR, and a product that's genuinely changing how IT teams work. You'd be joining early enough to shape how we build.
About the role
We're looking for a PM who wants to own something real, not manage a backlog. You'll work directly with engineering, design, and the founders on a product area that matters — from discovery to delivery to measuring what actually changed. You'll talk to customers constantly, argue for the right call, and ship.
You don't need 5 years of experience. You need sharp instincts, a bias for action, and genuine curiosity about where AI is taking internal operations.
What you'll do
- Own a product area end-to-end — problem definition, prioritization, delivery, and outcome measurement
- Talk to customers every week — IT admins, HR ops leads, internal ops teams — and turn what you hear into crisp problem statements and roadmap decisions
- Work daily in a tight PDE triad with engineers and designers — write clear user stories, manage the backlog, ship with a consistent cadence
- Span product to GTM — collaborate with the business team on positioning, onboarding friction, and what's blocking conversion
- Use AI tools actively in your day-to-day craft — discovery, spec writing, competitive research, user research synthesis
- Feed the roadmap with signal from support, CS, and sales — you're the connective tissue between what customers say and what we build
- Argue your corner — we make decisions by working through disagreement, not avoiding it
About you
- 1–3 years in a product role — startup experience a strong plus, big company experience fine if you're ready to move faster
- Organized and fast: comfortable juggling discovery on one thing while shipping another
- Strong written communication — you write problem statements and roadmap rationale that don't need a meeting to explain them
- Comfortable with data — you define metrics, read dashboards, and know when a number is lying to you
- Genuine interest in AI — not as a buzzword, as a tool you actually use and think about
- Low ego, high standards — you defer to expertise and assert your own view in equal measure
Nice to have
- Familiarity with IT/HR tools or ITSM products
- Experience working on B2B or enterprise SaaS
- Exposure to integrations, automation, or workflow products
