Product designer

We're building the next generation AI Service Desk. We're a small ambitious team that values clarity, autonomy, and craft. Every person here helps shape how modern companies work and how great teams scale impact.

About Siit

Siit is the AI-native service desk for IT and internal ops teams. We help companies automate the requests that slow everyone down, app access, onboarding, device management, directly from Slack and Teams. You'd be joining Siit early enough to shape how we build.

About the role

We're looking for a designer who wants to shape a product. You'll own design end to end with the founders, a PM and the engineers.

Internal IT tooling has a reputation for being ugly and painful to use. That's exactly where the opportunity is.

You don't need 8 years of experience or an award-winning portfolio. You need talent, speed, and opinions you can defend.

What you'll do

  • Own design end to end: research, flows, UI, prototypes, and the last 10% that makes it feel right
  • Design for Slack and Teams as much as for the web app. Our users never leave their chat tool
  • Work in a tight triad with a PM and engineers: sketch, test, ship, iterate
  • Talk to customers every week: IT admins, HR ops leads, and the employees submitting requests
  • Grow the design system as the product grows
  • Use AI in your day-to-day craft: exploration, prototyping, copy, research synthesis
  • Argue your corner. We make decisions by working through disagreement, not avoiding it

About you

  • 3+ years in product design, ideally B2B SaaS. Startup experience a strong plus
  • A portfolio of shipped work, not concepts. We want to see how you think and what you cut
  • UX, UI and research, with enough craft that engineers can build without guessing
  • Figma obviously, and prototyping when it settles a question faster than a debate
  • Enough front-end literacy (HTML, CSS, components) to know what's expensive to build
  • Genuine interest in AI, not as a buzzword, as a tool you actually use
  • Fluent English, written and spoken
  • Low ego, high standards

Nice to have

  • Experience with IT, HR or other internal tools
  • Design work on Slack apps or conversational interfaces
  • Motion, or front-end skills you can use to ship polish yourself
  • Some brand / marketing range
